摘要
目的将心脏彩超多普勒超声用于高血压性心脏病诊断中,对其诊断准确性进行比较。方法选取2018年9月-2019年10月收治的86例高血压性心脏病患者为观察组,选择同期于该院进行健康体检的86名健康者为参照组,所有受检者均行心脏彩色多普勒超声诊断(以下简称心脏彩超),对两组受检者各项检测指标差异进行比较。同时对观察组患者行心电图检查,比较两种检查方式诊断准确率差异。结果两组LVEDV、LVEF、LAD、E/A各项指标相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组LVESV指标相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);心脏彩超对左室肥厚、左房增大、主动脉扩张、主动脉弹性减退检出率分别为30.23%、39.53%、10.47%、9.30%,心电图对各种类型心脏病检出率分别为12.79%、17.44%、0.00%、0.00%、两种检查方式检出率相比,心脏彩超相对更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。心脏彩超对左室扩大、心律失常、ST-T改变检出率分别为4.65%、8.14%、3.49%,心电图对左室扩大、心律失常、ST-T改变检出率分别为2.33%、5.81%、2.33%,两种检查方式检出率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论心脏彩超在高血压性心脏病中诊断价值较高,可提高对疾病的检出率,且无创、操作简便、重复性好,值得应用及推广。
Objective To use color Doppler echocardiography in the diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease and compare its diagnostic accuracy.Methods Eighty-six patients with hypertensive heart disease admitted from September 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the observation group,and 86 healthy person who underwent physical examination in the hospital during the same period were se-lected as the reference group.All subjects underwent cardiac coloring Doppler ultrasound diagnosis(hereinafter referred to as cardiac color Doppler ultrasound)compares the differences in the detection indicators between the two groups of subjects.At the same time,the patients in the observation group were examined by electrocardiogram,and the difference in diagnostic accuracy of the two exam-ination methods was compared.Results There were statistically significant differences in the LVEDV,LVEF,LAD,E/A indicators of the two group(P<0.05),and the two groups of LVESV indicators were not statistically significantly different(P>0.05);cardiac color Doppler ultrasound had a significant effect on left ventricular hypertrophy,detection rates of enlarged left atrium,dilated aorta,de-creased aortic elasticity were 30.23%,39.53%,10.47%,9.30%,respectively,the detection rates of various types of heart diseases by electrocardiogram were 12.79%,17.44%,0.00%,0.00%.Compared with the two inspection methods,the detection rate of cardiac color Doppler ultrasound was relatively higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rates of left ventricular enlargement,arrhythmia and ST-T change by cardiac color ultrasound were 4.65%,8.14%and 3.49%,respectively,and the detection rates of left ventricular enlargement,arrhythmia and ST-T change by ecg were 2.33%,5.81%and 2.33%,respectively.There was no statistically significant difference between the two examination methods(P>0.05).Conclusion Cardiac color Doppler ultrasound has a high diagnostic value in hypertensive heart disease,can improve the detection rate of the disease,and is noninvasive,
