摘要
抽油机是油田的主要举升设备,若其在不平衡状态下运行可导致能耗大幅度增加。因此,抽油机调节平衡是节能降耗、延长设备使用寿命的一项重要技术措施。文中介绍了抽油机不平衡原因,并进行了分析,给出了抽油机不平衡调整的经验方法,提出了不平衡抽油机的调整方案,并对方案的可行性进行分析。这些方法和方案的实施可提高抽油机平衡率,降低能耗。治理井平均功率平衡率由40.8%提高到75.7%,平均节电率为6.5%,措施后全年节电费用约71.3万元,同时对提高抽油机的管理水平具有深远的意义。
The pumping unit is the main lifting equipment in the oilfield.If the pumping unit is used in the unbalanced condition,the energy consumption will be increased significantly.Therefore,the adjustment of pumping unit is an important technical measure for saving energy consumption and prolonging the service life of the equipment.In this paper,we analyze several reasons for the oil pumping unit unbalanced,give an empirical method of unbalance adjustment for pumping unit,at present the adjustment scheme of unbalanced pumping unit,analyze the feasibility of the scheme.The implementation of these methods and programs can improve the pumping unit balance rate,and reduce energy consumption.The average power balance rate of treatment wells is increased from 40.8%to 75.7%.and the average power saving rate is 6.5%.After the measures,the annual power saving cost is about 713000 yuan,which has far-reaching significance for improving the management level of pumping units.
