摘要
油田开发进入中后期,机械采油成为举升原油的主要手段,而机械采油中抽油机采油是最主要的部分,占有绝对的比重。机械采油的系统效率主要包含地面机械效率与井下设备效率两部分。根据现场试验对地面机械效率及井下设备效率影响因素做进一步分析,找出生产运行参数与系统效率的关系,明确最优调整范围,为优化设计抽油机运行参数、提高系统效率提供指导。通过生产实际调整,抽油机井节能效益显著。
The development of oil field enters into the middle and later stage,mechanical oil recovery becomes the main means to lift crude oil,pumping unit production is the most important part,and holds the great proportion.The system efficiency of mechanical oil recovery mainly includes surface efficiency and downhole efficiency.According to the field test,the influencing factors of surface mechanical efficiency and downhole equipment efficiency are further analyzed,find out the relationship between production operation parameters and system efficiency,define the optimal adjustment range,to optimize the operation parameters of pumping units,improve system efficiency and provide guidance,remarkable energy saving benefits through on-site adjustment.
