摘要
选取厚度0.1 mm的玻璃纤维布作为增强材料制备速生小径柚木单板层积材,探讨四种(A、B、C、D)不同组坯方式对单板层积材力学性能的增强效果,并对比冷压及热压方式对增强型单板层积材力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:按四种组坯结构方式中的C种方式置入玻璃纤维增强材料制造单板层积材对其力学性能的提升十分显著,其他三种(A、B、D)组坯结构方式对其力学性能提升不明显;对用于家具构件的曲直形试件试验表明,采用热压或冷压工艺,置入玻璃纤维增强材料对单板层积材的力学性能均有显著提升。
Glass fiber cloth with a thickness of about 0.1mm was selected as the reinforcing material to prepare fast-growing small-diameter teak veneer laminates.The enhancement effect of four(A,B,C,D)different assembly methods on the mechanical properties of laminated veneer lumber was discussed,and the effects of cold pressing and hot pressing on the mechanical properties of reinforced laminated veneer lumber were compared.The research results showed that mechanical properties of laminated veneer lumber made of glass fiber reinforced materials placed with Method C of the four assembly structure methods were significantly improved,with the other three assembly methods having no obvious improvement effects.The test on the curved and straight specimens used for furniture components showed that whether hot pressing process or cold pressing process was adopted,the placement of glass fiber reinforced materials could significantly improve the mechanical properties of laminated veneer lumber.
