摘要
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们的户外活动逐渐增多,对户外家具的要求也逐渐增高,户外家具产品朝着个性化和多样化方向发展,传统批量化生产模式下的户外家具产品已不能适应多变的市场需求。为保证户外家具批量化生产的同时增加产品多样性,批量生产的户外家具产业需在结构设计方面进行改进以满足柔性化生产的需要。本研究通过市场调研总结户外家具生产现状及发展趋势,分析户外家具在结构设计中存在的问题,最后进行户外家具结构优化设计实践,以期为户外家具产业提供一个便于批量生产的户外家具发展方向。
With the development of people’s living standard,the amount of outdoor activity of people increases gradually,as well as the requirement to the quality of outdoor furniture.Outdoor furniture products are developing towards the direction of individuation and diversification.Designing and manufacturing outdoor furniture products in accordance with the traditional mass production mode can no longer meet the changing market demand.In order to improve product felicity,the outdoor furniture industry of mass production needs to be improved in terms of structural design.Through the investigation of outdoor furniture production situation and development trend,finding the problems existing in the structure design finally,conduct the optimal design of outdoor furniture structure to provide a convenient for mass production for outdoor furniture industry.
