摘要
目的探讨分析补气活血汤治疗产后出血疗效与安全性.方法选取2018年3月—2019年3月收治的58例产后出血患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组29例.对照组给予缩宫素治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予补气活血汤治疗.比较止血时间、治疗后出血量及治疗前后中医证候积分;比较子宫恢复情况及不良反应发生情况;比较2组治疗效果.结果观察组止血时间、出血量均优于对照组(P<0.05),各项中医证候评分低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组子宫恢复情况好于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率17.24%低于对照组37.93%(P<0.05),观察组治疗总有效率93.10%高于对照组82.76%(P<0.05).结论补气活血汤有助于快速控制出血,降低出血量,缓解临床症状且安全性较高,对促进产后出血的康复有很大的应用前景.
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Buqi Huoxue decoction in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 58 cases of postpartum hemorrhage from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 29 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oxytocin,and the observation group was treated with Buqi Huoxue decoction on the basis of the control group.The time of hemostasis,the amount of bleeding after treatment and the score of TCM symptoms before and after treatment were compared,the uterine recovery and adverse reactions were compared,and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The time of hemostasis and the amount of bleeding in the observation group were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),the score of various TCM syndromes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),the uterine recovery in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 17.24%,which was lower than that in the control group(37.93%)(P<0.05),and the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.10%,which was higher than that in the control group(82.76%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Buqi Huoxue decoction is helpful to control the bleeding quickly,reduce the bleeding volume,relieve the clinical symptoms and has a high safety,which has a great application prospect to promote the rehabilitation of postpartum hemorrhage.
