摘要
针对内置式永磁同步电机,研究了一种基于相电感的无位置传感器改进控制方法。分析了内置式永磁同步电机的相电感特性,将相电感两两作差,以此消除直流分量影响。以矢量形式表示相电感之差,相比使用arctan函数计算转子位置,利用锁相环得到转子估算位置误差更小。为得到相电感,向电机注入高频旋转电压,利用正弦函数特性提取高频响应电流幅值,避免了使用低通滤波器提取幅值产生的幅值衰减和相位滞后问题。仿真结果验证了理论分析的正确性和改进方案的有效性。
An improved position sensorless control method based on phase inductance was presented for the interior permanent magnet synchronous motors(IPMSMs).The phase inductance characteristics of the IPMSM were analyzed,and the difference between the two phase inductances was made to eliminate the influence of DC component.Compared with using arctan function to calculate rotor position,using phase locked loop(PLL)to get rotor estimated position error was smaller.In order to obtain the phase inductance,the high-frequency rotating voltage was injected into the motor,and the amplitude of high-frequency current was extracted by using the characteristics of sine function,which avoids the problem of amplitude attenuation and phase lag caused by using the low-pass filter.The simulation results verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis and the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
