摘要
分析了永磁同步电机无传感器控制的研究现状,设计一种电机角度软锁相环估算方法。在两相静止坐标系下建立永磁同步电机数学模型,获得包含电机角度和转速信息。通过对反电动势信息的积分、高通滤波及归一化处理,获得仅包含电机角度正余弦信息。借角度观测器理论,设计了软锁相环并确定了其关键参数,最终获得永磁同步电机电角度及同步转速。仿真分析及试验结果表明,此永磁同步电机角度软锁相环能够准确获得电机角度和转速信息,基于此方法的矢量控制系统稳定且动态特性好。
The research status quo of sensor-less control scheme of permanent magnet synchronous motor is analyzed. A motor soft phase-locked loop estimation method is mentioned. In the two-phase stationary system, the mathematical model of PMSM is established to obtain the motor angle and speed information. Through the integration of back EMF information, high-pass filtering and normalized processing, the motor angle sine and cosine information are obtained. The software PLL and its key parameters are designed to get the angle and synchronous speed of PMSM. Simulation analysis and experimental results show that the soft PLL of permanent magnet synchronous motor can accurately obtain the motor angle and speed information. And the vector control system is stable and has a good dynamic characteristics based on the method.
