Hospital culture is the core competitiveness and soft power of hospital,and the source power of hospitalsustainable development. Hospital logistics culture is an important part of hospital culture,which is the sum of themental outlook and other material forms of all logistics personnel. The construction of logistics culture in line with therequirements of the new era can effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of logistics staff,enhance the sense of belonging,andbetter guarantee the healthy and sustainable development of the hospital.
