摘要
以新疆特有的药桑椹为研究对象,检测分析新疆药桑椹鲜果中的主要营养成分及生物活性物质,并评价其体外抗炎活性,以期为新疆药桑资源的食药用开发提供科学依据。新疆药桑椹中的总可溶性固形物、灰分、可滴定酸、粗蛋白、总氨基酸、必需氨基酸含量及必需氨基酸占总氨基酸的比率均高于粤椹大10桑椹,其中总可溶性固形物含量是对照粤椹大10的2.04倍,达到15.33%,必需氨基酸占总氨基酸的比率大于40%;新疆药桑椹中总多酚、总黄酮和花色苷含量均低于粤椹大10,而新疆药桑椹中总多糖含量是粤椹大10桑椹含量的1.76倍,达到6.60 mg/g。细胞试验结果表明,新疆药桑椹醇提物可通过抑制NF-κB信号通路的激活,明显降低脂多糖诱导的RAW264.7细胞释放NO、IL-1β、IL-6和TNF-α的量,其体外抗炎活性明显强于粤椹大10桑椹。
Taking fruit of Xinjiang black mulberry(Morus nigra L.)as the experimental object,main nutritional components and biological active components were detected and analyzed to evaluate their in vitro anti-inflammatory activity and to provide scientific basis for food and medicinal use of Xinjiang black mulberry.The contents of total soluble solids,ash,titratable acid,crude protein,total amino acids(TAA),essential amino acids(EAA)and the percentage of essential amino acids in total amino acids(EAA/TAA)were higher than those in fruit of mulberry variety Yueshen Da 10(Morus atropurpurea Roxb.).Content of total soluble solids in fruit of Xinjiang black mulberry was 15.33%,which was 2.04 times of that in fruit of Yueshen Da 10,and EAA/TAA was above 40%.Contents of total polyphenols,total flavonoids and anthocyanins in fruit of Xinjiang black mulberry were lower than those in fruit of Yueshen Da 10,while content of total polysaccharides in fruit of Xinjiang black mulberry was 6.60 mg/g,which was 1.76 times of that in fruit of Yueshen Da 10.Moreover,cell test indicated that alcohol extract from fruit of Xinjiang black mulberry could significantly reduce the amount of NO,IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-αreleased in LPS-induced RAW264.7 cell by inhibiting the activation of NF-κB signaling pathway,and its in vitro anti-inflammatory activity was significantly stronger than that from fruit of Yueshen Da 10.
