摘要
文章通过分析铜合金铸造组织缺陷,针对浇注系统进行模拟优化和改造试验,根据模拟试验和验证结果,观察改造后铸锭低倍组织;结果表明,将浇注管由下倾开口改为水平横向开口后,可以得到组织良好的铜合金铸锭及后续产品。
Based on the analysis of the microstructure defects of copper alloy casting,the simulation optimization and modification test are carried out for the casting system.According to the simulation test and verification results,the low-fold structure of the transformed ingot is observed.The results show that the well-organized copper alloy ingot and its subsequent products can be obtained by changing the pouring pipe from the downward opening to the horizontal opening.
