摘要
研究了添加不同含量镧铈混合稀土(RE)对高强度铸造Al-Cu-Mn-Ti-V-Zr合金铸态显微组织与性能的影响。结果表明:RE在枝晶间与共晶形成稀土化合物(AlCuRE),在晶内与合金化元素形成块状稀土化合物(AlCuTiVRE)。适量RE能够缩小凝固温度区间,细化共晶组织;过量添加RE会导致稀土化合物分布密度增大,变形过程中割裂基体,降低力学性能。RE的最佳添加量为0.3 wt.%。
The effect of RE addition on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the casting A1-Cu-Mn-Ti-V-Zr alloy was investigated. The results show that the intermetallic compounds like A1CuRE form on the dendritic boundaries of a -A1 dendrites, and A1CuTiVRE forms inside the grain. Appropriate amount of RE can reduce the interval of solidification, refine the eutectic microstructure, but excess addition of RE may induce an increase in distribution of intermetallics which can cut apart the matrix to reduce the mechanical properties. The optimum additive amount of RE is 0.3 wt.%.
