摘要
以光核桃核壳为原料,采用氯化锌化学活化法制备了活性炭(ZCAC)。利用SEM、FT-IR、氮气吸附-脱附、Zeta电位等对制备的ZCAC进行了表征,并考察了其对水中Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附效果及吸附机理。结果表明,制备的ZCAC的比表面积为1460.0 m^2/g,总孔容为0.733 cm^3/g,平均孔径为2.59 nm,等电点为4.4。ZCAC对Cr(Ⅵ)的最大吸附量为128.65 mg/g,其对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附为单层、化学、吸热、自发的反应。
Activated carbon(ZCAC)was prepared by using Prunus mira shell as raw material with zinc chloride che-mical activation method.The prepared ZCAC was characterized by SEM,FT-IR,nitrogen adsorption-desorption,Zeta potential,etc.,and its adsorption effect and adsorption mechanism for Cr(Ⅵ)in water were investigated.The results showed that the specific surface area of the prepared ZCAC was 1460.0 m^2/g,the total pore volume was 0.733 cm^3/g,the average pore diameter was 2.59 nm,and the isoelectric point was 4.4.The maximum adsorption capacity of ZCAC for Cr(Ⅵ)was 128.65 mg/g,and its adsorption for Cr(Ⅵ)was a monolayer,chemical,endothermic and spontaneous reaction.
