摘要 结合UNESCO“高校混合教学能力构建”项目学习心得及前期教学改革过程中发现的问题,通过对不同数字化技术特点的阐述及在DIY-PBL教学法中作用的分析,寻求一种基于数字化技术的混合式教学法,有效推动DIY-PBL教学法在食品专业课程教学改革中的应用。 Combined with the learning experience of UNESCO“construction of mixed teaching ability in colleges”project and the problems found in the early teaching reform process,through explained to the characteristics and the role of different digital technologies in DIY-PBL teaching method,a mixed teaching method was tried to seek based on digital technology,and could effectively promote the application of DIY-PBL teaching method in the teaching reform of professional courses.
