摘要
科研转化型实验是教学实验更新的重要来源,对于拓展本科生视野、培养科学思维及综合创新能力具有重要作用。但在科研转化实验教学过程中常会在实验内容、规模、时间和管理等方面遇到困难。从科研转换型高级生物化学实验体系建立及教学实践出发,探讨了科研转化型实验体系构建的方法及具体实践举措,同时还探讨了研究型实验教学模式实践,操作性强、学生参与度及获得感高,有较好的实践效果。
Transformational experiments from scientific research are important sources of new experiments,it plays important roles in opening undergraduate's mind,cultivating advanced scientific thoughts and comprehensive creativeabilities.Difficulties often arise in terms of experimental content,scale,time and management during translating process of scientific research into experimental teaching.Here we explore transferring methods of scientific research into experimental teaching,and practical measures based on the establishment of advanced biochemistry experimental system and teaching practice.We also investigate the research-type experimental teaching mode,which is proved to have good effects in operability,students’participation and acquisition.It has better practical results.
