摘要
目目的的探讨临床护理路径在新冠肺炎合并十二指肠穿孔患者的应用效果。方法以时间为横轴,护理措施为纵轴,为1例新冠肺炎并发十二指肠穿孔患者构建术前、术中、术后、出院当天至28天内不同阶段临床护理路径,按照护理路径实施优质护理。结果患者顺利出院。结论在疫情期间,运用临床护理路径,实施因人施护、优质护理,以时间为轴实施不同阶段可操作性护理计划,可降低感染风险,节约医疗护理资源,提高病人满意度,提升护理效果。
Aims:To explore the clinical nursing pathway served for Coronavirus Disease 2019 combined with duodenal perforation patients.Methods:One case of patient with Coronavirus Disease 2019 who suffered from duodenal perforation at different stages before and after operation,and discharged from the day to 28 days was cured by the clinical nursing pathways.Results:The patient was discharged successfully.Conclusion:During the epidemic period,the application of clinical nursing pathway can reduce the risk of infection,save medical and nursing resources,and also improve patient satisfaction as well as nursing effect.
