摘要
报告1例新冠病毒感染的肺炎的护理心得。认为密切观察患者病情变化,定时巡视患者,警惕病情恶化;加强心理干预,消除患者的恐惧、惊慌;加强序贯氧疗,维持一定的血氧浓度,避免机体缺氧;中西医结合护理,以坐式八段锦作为康复训练操;做好饮食护理,补充足量蛋白质、维生素、叶酸;胃肠减压以及做好出院指导等护理措施,以促进疾病更快康复。本例患者由武汉市金银潭医院轻症病房转入,经综合治疗和护理23d后好转出院。
Nursing intervention of a novel coronavirus pneumonia was reported.It is believed that the patient’s condition should be observed closely and the patient should be inspected regularly to be alert for the deterioration of the condition.Strengthen the psychological intervention,eliminate the patient’s fear,panic;Strengthen sequential oxygen therapy,maintain a certain blood oxygen concentration,to avoid hypoxia;Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing,with seated eight brocade as a rehabilitation exercise;Do a good job of dietary care,supplement adequate protein,vitamins,folic acid;Gastrointestinal decompression and discharge guidance and other nursing measures to promote faster recovery.This patient was transferred from the mild disease ward of wuhan jinyintan hospital and discharged after 23 days of comprehensive treatment and nursing.
