摘要
为降低油品储存损耗,减少VOC排放,通过对囊式密封、机械鞋型密封、刮板式密封、全补偿气密性密封等不同类型储罐浮盘结构密封进行技术分析,现场检测了采用全接液浮盘密封技术的储罐的VOC浓度,表明新型全接液浮盘及其密封技术在储罐VOC治理中有较高的应用价值。
In order to reduce oil storage loss and VOC emission,through the technical analysis of different types of tank floating plate structural seals,such as bladder seal,mechanical shoe seal,scraper seal and full compensation air tightness seal.The VOC concentration of storage tank using fully liquid floating plate sealing technology was detected on site.It is concluded that the new full liquid floating tray and its sealing technology have high application value in the VOC treatment of storage tanks.
