摘要 基于惠州炼化20000m3内浮顶燃料油罐的设计,结合大型油罐目前的发展状况,分析了大型油罐设计中的拱顶选型、选材、失稳变形等应注意的问题,介绍了影响油罐蒸发损耗的外界温度变化、大小呼吸、密封等主要因素,并提出相应改进措施。生产实践表明,罐顶宜采用安全性、经济性更好的铝制空间三角形网壳结构,可降低油品损耗99%以上。本文对实际的工程设计工作有一定的指导意义。 Based on the design of fuel tank which is the 20000m3 dome of the petrochemical of HuiZhou, combined with the current state of development of large oil tank, analysis of the vault structural selection, material selection, failure deformation should pay attention to the issue, and introduced the change of environment temperature, big and small breath, seal and other major factors that influence the evaporation loss of tank, proposed the measures of improvement. The production practice shows that tank top should adopt triangular aluminum shell that have the better safe, economical, may reduce oil consumption more than 99%. The paper has guided significance to a certain extent for the engineering design of the actual work.
