摘要
馆员和用户互动,既是图书馆服务活动的内核,又是图书馆服务的重要表现形式,对图书馆服务质量的提升具有重要影响。在信息文化视域下,探寻智慧图书馆环境中馆员和用户互动的新特征和新变化,对智慧图书馆服务活动的顺利开展有一定的理论价值和实践意义。本文从信息文化的物质维度、制度维度、行为维度和精神维度,分析了智慧图书馆环境的场域特征,探讨了智慧图书馆环境中馆员和用户互动的变迁。
The interaction between librarians and users is not only the core of library service activities,but also an important form of library service,which has an important impact on the improvement of library service quality.From the perspective of information culture,it is of certain theoretical value and practical significance to study the new features and changes of the interaction between librarians and users in the environment of smart library.This paper analyzes the field characteristics of the smart library environment from the material dimension,institutional dimension,behavioral dimension and spiritual dimension of information culture,and probes into the changes of the interaction between librarians and users in the smart library environment.
