摘要
随着社交媒体泛在化,用户利用网络的方式已经发生改变,同时图书馆用户的需求也在发生改变。图书馆应该更加关注图书馆服务对象,重视用户体验与用户参与,提供更加个性化的服务。UGC资源是用户主观意志的体现,能真实反映用户的需求,也日益成为资源建设的主流信息之一,且彫响图书馆资源组织方式和资源建设理念,需要引起图书馆的重视。文章从图书馆UGC资源的内涵出发,分析图书馆UGC资源建设现状,并对图书馆UGC资源建设与服务的发展提出相关构想。
Today, social media is ubiquitous. The way of users using the In ternet has changed, and the needs of library users are also changing. Libraries should pay more attention to library service objects, and value their experiences of participation. At the same time, libraries should provide more personalized services. User Generated Content (UGC) resources are the embodiment of subjective will of users, which can best reflect the needs of users. It is also becoming one of the mainstream information of resource construction. Besides, it affects the organization of library resources and the concept of resource construction, which should be paid attention by the library. Based on the connotation of UGC resources in the library, the paper analyzes the current situation of UGC resource construction in the library, and puts forward relevant ideas for the development of UGC resources and services in the library.
