摘要
目的:探讨三甲医院护士循证护理实践能力水平及其影响因素。方法:2019年8—9月采用整群抽样法抽取北京市6所三甲医院1187名护士为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、循证护理实践能力量表、循证护理认知和培训需求调查表进行调查,采用单因素分析与多因素回归分析探究循证护理实践能力的影响因素。结果:1187名护士中,24.6%(292/1187)参加过循证护理相关的学术活动,培训累计学时≤10学时者占70.2%(205/292),形式以院内的学术讲座为主;对循证护理"比较了解"和"非常熟悉"的仅占5.0%(59/1187);30.8%(366/1187)认为非常需要连续、系统的循证专题培训。1187名护士循证护理实践能力总分为(38.71±27.11)分,单因素分析显示,不同研究经历、性别、是否参加过循证护理相关的学术活动、曾参加循证护理培训的时长、年龄、第一学历、职称、外语水平的护士循证护理实践能力得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多重回归分析显示,影响护士循证护理实践能力的因素主要有研究经历、曾参加循证护理培训的时长、年龄、第一学历、外语水平。结论:本研究中护士循证护理实践能力偏低,但实施循证护理的意愿强烈,建议护理管理者根据护士能力的不同进行系统的循证护理培训,尤其针对证据整合方面,积极培养循证护理人才。
Objective To explore the level of evidence-based nursing practical ability of nurses in ClassⅢGrade A hospitals and its influencing factors.Methods From August to September 2019,the cluster sampling was used to survey 1187 nurses in 6 ClassⅢGrade A hospitals in Beijing using general information questionnaire,Evidence-Based Nursing Practice Ability Scale,Evidence-Based Nursing Awareness and Training Demand Questionnaire.Univariate analysis and multivariateregression analysis were used to explore the influencing factors of evidence-based nursing practice ability.Results Among the 1187 nurses participating in the survey,24.6%(292/1187)had participated in academic activities related to evidence-based nursing.70.2%(205/292)of nurses whose cumulative training hours were less than or equal to 10 hours,and the training was mainly in the form of academic lectures in the hospital.Only 5.0%(59/1187)were"well-know"and"very familiar"with evidence-based nursing,and 30.8%(366/1187)believed that continuous and systematic evidence-based special training was needed.The total score of evidence-based nursing practice ability of 1187 nurses was(38.71±27.11).The univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the scores of nurses with different research experiences,gender,participation in academic activities related to evidence-based nursing,duration of participation in evidence-based nursing training,age,first degree,professional title and foreign language proficiency(P<0.05).Multiple regression analysis showed that the main factors affecting nurses'evidence-based nursing practice ability were research experience,the length of time they had participated in evidence-based nursing training,age,first degree and foreign language proficiency.Conclusions In this study,the practice ability of nurses is low,but their willingness to implement evidence-based nursing is strong.It is suggested that nursing managers should carry out systematic training of evidence-based nursing according to the different a
