摘要
目的:探讨、分析护士对循证护理认知、态度及应用现状。方法:对普洱市人民医院98名护士,通过抽样调查和问卷调查方式,对护士对循证护理认知、态度及应用技能进行分析。结果:不同职称背景和学历的护士对循证护理认知、态度及应用技能之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:影响循证护理质量的重要原因在于护理人员的学历水平。
Objective：To discuss and analyze the nurses’ cognition,attitude and application of evidence-based nursing.Methods：98 nurses in the People’s Hospital of Pu’er City were selected,and we analyzed the nurses to evidence-based nursing cognition,attitude and application skills through sampling and questionnaire.Results：Nurses with different professional title background and educational background have significant differences in cognition,attitude and application skills of evidence-based nursing（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The important reason that affects the quality of evidence-based nursing lies in the level of nursing staff.
