摘要
目的探讨导乐陪伴对提高产妇分娩质量的效果。方法选取2015年1月~2016年1月在我院实施分娩的200例产妇作为研究对象,采用随机分组方法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各100例。对照组产妇采用常规护理,观察组产妇采用导乐陪伴分娩。观察两组产妇的分娩方式、胎儿窘迫和新生儿窒息发生情况,评定两组产妇的疼痛情况。结果观察组产妇的自然分娩率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组胎儿窘迫发生率和新生儿窒息总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组产妇的疼痛评分为(2.21±0.64)分,低于对照组的(3.18±0.57)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论导乐陪伴能够提高产妇的分娩质量,减轻分娩疼痛,减少剖宫产,提高自然分娩率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of doula company delivery on improving delivery quality of parturient.Methods A total of 200 parturients delivered in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing and the observation group was treated with doula company delivery.The delivery mode of parturients,fetal distress,neonatal asphyxia and maternal pain were compared between the two groups.Results The natural delivery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the incidence of fetal distress and the total incidence of neonatal asphyxia between the two groups(P>0.05).The pain score of the observation group was(2.21±0.64)points,which was lower than that of the control group of(3.18±0.57)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The doula company can improve the quality of delivery,reduce the pain of delivery,reduce cesarean sections and improve the rate of natural delivery.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
