摘要
目的 探讨导乐陪伴式分娩模式对产妇分娩方式、心理状态及分娩结局的影响。方法 选取2015年5月～2016年7月在我院的待产的200例产妇。采用随机数字表法将其随机分为研究组和对照组,各100例。对照组采用常规分娩模式,研究组实施一对一导乐陪伴式分娩模式,对两组产妇的分娩方式、心理状态评分、产后出血量、产程时间及分娩结局进行综合比较。结果 研究组自然分娩率高于对照组（P〈0.05）;研究组剖宫产率以及阴道助产率低于对照组（P〈0.05）;护理后,研究组SAS评分、SDS评分明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）;研究组第一产程、第二产程时间短于对照组（P〈0.01）;研究组分娩结局优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 导乐陪伴式分娩模式是一种优质的护理模式,在提高产科护理质量中效果确切,可明显改善产妇的不良心理,加快产程,改善分娩结局,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate effect of doula delivery mode on delivery Mode,mental state and delivery outcome of Maternal.Methods 200 cases of expectant mothers from May 2015 to July 2016 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into research group and control group,100 cases in each group.Control group were treated with basic routine care,while research group were treated with Doula delivery mode care.The mode of delivery,mental status score,postpartum hemorrhage,labor time and labor outcomes of two groups were compared.Results The birth rate of research group was higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）.The cesarean section rate and vaginal delivery rate of research group were lower than those of control group（P〈0.05）.After attendance,the SAS and SDS score of research group were lower than those of control group（P〈0.05）.The first labor time and second labor time of research group were shorter than those of control group（P〈0.01）.The labor outcomes of research group was better than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Doula delivery mode is an excellent care model.It has exact effect in improving obstetric care quality.It′s worthy of clinical widely used.
