琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗原发性高血压临床疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨琥珀酸美托洛尔片治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效及对血管内皮功能的影响.方法 选取入心内科接受治疗的原发性高血压患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例.对照组给予苯磺酸氨氯地平片口服治疗,观察组给予苯磺酸氨氯地平片及琥珀酸美托洛尔片联合口服治疗.8周后,对比两组患者治疗前后血压和血管内皮功能变化情况.结果 治疗8周以后,两组患者收缩压(SBP)及舒张压(DBP)均有显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组血压降低程度较对照组更为明显(P<0.05);治疗8周以后两组患者血清血管内皮素(ET-1)水平均显著降低,一氧化氮(NO)水平均显著升高(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组的ET-1水平降低程度及NO水平升高程度均较对照组更为明显(P<0.05).结论 琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片对原发性高血压患者疗效显著,并可显著改善患者的血管内皮功能. Objective To explore the clinical effect of Metoprolol Succinate in the treatment of essential hypertension and its effect on vascular endothelial function.Methods 80 patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with Amlodipine Besylate tablets,and the observation group was treated with Amlodipine Besylate tablets and Metoprolol Succinate tablets.After 8 weeks,the changes of blood pressure and endothelial function were compared between the two groups.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,SBP and DBP decreased significantly in both groups(P<0.05),and the blood pressure of the observation group decreased more significantly than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the serum endothelin(ET-1)levels of the two groups significantly decreased,and the nitric oxide(NO)levels significantly increased(P<0.05).After treatment,the ET-1 level of the observation group decreased more significantly than that of the control group,and the NO level increased more significantly than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol Succinate has a significant effect on essential hypertension,and can significantly improve the vascular endothelial function.
