摘要
新时代高等教育对地学专业人才培养中的人文及学科素养提出新要求。结合地学专业人才培养过程,讨论高校人文教育及学科精神培养意义及举措,强化专业基本素养培育与建设引导,继承和发扬传统地质人的奋斗拼搏、吃苦创新精神,形成特色型地矿专业人才的文化内涵。
Higher education in the new era sets out new requirements for geoscience talents’ humanistic and academic education. Based on the process of geoscience talents’ education, we discuss the significance and measures for humanistic education and academic spirit development in universities, i.e., to strengthen the guidance for development of professional basic qualities, to inherit and encourage the hard-working and innovative spirit of traditional geoscience workers, and to create a characteristic geoscience talents culture.
