摘要
生产关系是唯物史观的重要范畴。从现实的生产活动来看,生产关系是从事生产活动的劳动者(宏观)之间在现实的生产活动中自然发生的,作为现实生产活动进行的条件的必然和稳定的社会关系;是社会再生产活动中实际发生的人与人之间的关系,包括劳动者(中观)之间(管理者之间、被管理者之间、管理者与被管理者之间)、所有者之间(若不是一个所有者)、劳动者(中观)与所有者之间在现实的生产活动中的分工协作和劳动交换以及按比例配置关系、分配关系、交换关系和消费关系。劳动者(中观)与所有者之间的关系是由生产资料所有关系决定的,所有者之间(若不是一个所有者)的关系是由资本构成状况决定的,劳动者(中观)之间的关系则是由个人能力决定的。
The category of relations of production is an important category of historical materialism.According to realistic production activities,relations of production,as conducting conditions of actual productive activities,are inevitable and stable social relations which occur naturally among laborers(micro)engaged in realistic production activities.Relations of production are relations among people that realistically take place in social reproductive activities,such relations include the labor division,labor exchange,the relationship of proportional configuration,distribution,exchange and consumption in the realistic productive activities,among laborers(medium-view;i.e.among managers,among the managed,between managers and the managed),among owners(if there is not a mere owner),and between laborers(medium-view)and owners.The relationship between laborers(medium-view)and owners is determined by the possessive relationship of means of production,the relationship among owners(if there is not a mere owner)is determined by the condition of capital composition,and the relationship among laborers(medium-view)is determined by the individual’s ability.
