摘要
工匠精神是支撑我国迈向制造业强国的必备要素,高职学生是未来工匠精神的主要传承者,培养高职学生的工匠精神十分必要,同时也十分紧迫。从“课程思政”的角度来看,当前高职院校数学课程培育学生工匠精神应从如下几个方面着力:一是明确数学“课程思政”德育目标,对接当代工匠精神内涵;二是挖掘数学“课程思政”资源,丰富工匠精神培育内容;三是创新数学教学模式,转变数学教学方法,高效融入“工匠精神”思政元素;四是构建长效评价机制,将学生“工匠行为”纳入数学课程考核体系;五是提升教师职业素养,发挥工匠精神培育者的榜样示范作用;六是加强校园数学文化建设,营造工匠精神培育氛围。
The spirit of craftsman is a key factor to support China to become a manufacturing strong country.Students in higher vocational colleges are the main inheritors of the spirit of craftsman in the future.So it is necessary and urgent to cultivate the spirit of craftsman of vocational students.From the perspective of"ideology-oriented curriculum",higher vocational mathematics curriculum needs to be reformed as follows in order to cultivate students'craftsmanship spirit:the first is to clarify the moral goal of mathematics"ideology-oriented curriculum"to connect with the connotation of the contemporary craftsmanship spirit;the second is to explore the resources of"ideology-oriented curriculum"in mathematics to enrich the content of craftsmanship spirit cultivation;the third is to innovate the mathematics teaching mode and method;the fourth is to build a long-term evaluation mechanism and incorporate the“craftsman behavior”into the curriculum assessment system;the fifth is to improve teachers'professional quality and make teachers play the examplary role to cultivate craftsmen;the sixth is to strengthen the campus mathematics and create the atomsphere to cultivate craftsmen.
