摘要
某发电厂由于系统设计不完善及技术管控不到位等原因导致设备腐蚀、结垢现象严重,设备换热效率大幅降低。对循环水系统水质及设备腐蚀原因进行分析,通过加强对循环水的管控,逐步提升循环水系统水质,改善设备的腐蚀、结垢现象,缩小凝汽器的端差,提高汽轮机真空,从而提高发电量。
In a power plant,due to imperfect system design and inadequate technical control,the equipment corrosion and scaling phenomenon was serious,and the heat ex⁃change efficiency of equipment was greatly reduced.The water quality of the circulating wa⁃ter system and the causes of equipment corrosion were analyzed.By strengthening control of the circulating water,the water quality of the circulating water system was gradually im⁃proved,the corrosion and scaling of the equipment were improved,the end difference of the condenser was reduced,and the vacuum of the steam turbine was increased,so as to in⁃crease the power generation.
