摘要
某燃气电厂#4机组自投运以来,存在真空严密性试验不合格的问题,对机组安全经济运行带来不利影响。通过比较几种真空系统检漏方法后选择使用氦质谱仪对机组真空系统进行了查漏,对查到的漏点进行了分类、分步骤的处理,最终解决了真空严密性不合格的问题,为同类型电厂处理类似问题提供参考。
since the unit 4 of a gas power plant was put into operation,there has been a problem of unqualified vacuum tightness test,which has a negative impact on the safe and economic operation of the unit.After comparing several leak detection methods of vacuum system,helium mass spectrometer was selected to check the vacuum system of the unit.After finding the leak point,classification and step-by-step treatment were carried out.Finally,the problem of unqualified vacuum tightness was solved,which provided a reference for the same type of power plant to deal with similar problems.
