摘要
目的:探讨雾化吸入异丙托溴铵及布地奈德治疗支气管肺炎对患儿血清降钙素原(PCT)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)及肺功能的影响。方法:选取2018年8月-2020年2月于笔者所在医院就诊的支气管肺炎患儿104例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各52例。对照组予以常规治疗,观察组加用异丙托溴铵联合布地奈德治疗。比较两组血清细胞因子水平、肺功能及不良反应发生状况。结果:治疗前两组血清细胞因子水平及肺功能比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组PCT、IL-6水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗后用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒最大呼气量(FEV1)及呼气峰流量(PEF)水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论:异丙托溴铵联合布地奈德雾化吸入可加快支气管肺炎患儿体内炎症消退,减轻肺部损伤,从而加快肺功能恢复,安全可靠。
Objective:To investigate the effects of nebulized inhalation of Ipratropium Bromide and Budesonide on bronchial pneumonia on serum procalcitonin(PCT),interleukin 6(IL-6)and lung function in children.Method:A total of 104 children with bronchial pneumonia treated in our hospital from August 2018 to February 2020 were selected and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 52 cases each.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with Ipratropium Bromide and Budesonide.The serum cytokine levels,pulmonary function,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:There were no statistically significant differences in serum cytokine levels and lung function between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and PCT and IL-6 levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of forced vital capacity(FVC),maximum expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1)and peak expiratory flow(PEF)in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion:Ipratropium Bromide combined with Budesonide nebulized inhalation can accelerate inflammation subsidence and reduce lung injury in children with bronchial pneumonia,thereby speeding up lung function recovery,which is safe and reliable.
