摘要
义务教育优质均衡发展,是我国现阶段教育事业发展的重要战略任务。近年来,依托云计算、大数据、人工智能等新型信息技术,我国教育信息化发展迅猛,逐步成为推进教育优质均衡发展的重要手段。本文论述了我国城乡义务教育存在的主要问题,包括教育经费投入不足、教育基础设施存在短板、教师队伍建设困难、教育管理水平相对落后等,探讨了常态化“1拖N”课堂、区域创新教研、区域名校资源共享三种信息化模式的建立与应用,提出了构建教育信息化模式的保障机制,为促进我国城乡义务教育优质均衡发展提供了信息化实践思路。
The high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education is an important strategic task for my China’s current educational development.In recent years,relying on new information technologies such as cloud computing,big data,and artificial intelligence,China’s education informatization has been significantly improved,gradually becoming an important means to promote high-quality and balanced development of education.This paper discusses the main problems of urban and rural compulsory education,including insufficient investment in education funds,shortcomings in education infrastructure,difficulties in building the teaching team,and relatively backward education management.It discusses the establishment and application of the three informatization modes of normalized“One Drags N”classrooms,regional innovation for teaching and research and the resource sharing of regional elite schools,and put forward the guarantee mechanism of constructing the educational informatization mode,providing informatization practice ideas for promoting the high-quality and balanced development of urban and rural compulsory education.
