摘要
目的:将经阴道超声检测滋养细胞血流信号用于剖宫产后瘢痕早期妊娠诊断中,对其价值进行探究。方法:选取2015年2月-2017年2月收治的子宫瘢痕妊娠患者22例,所有患者均行经阴道超声检测,并与术后病理结果进行对比,计算经阴道超声诊断符合率,并分析超声声像图特征。结果:本组患者经阴道超声检测后20例和术后病理诊断结果相符,出现2例漏诊,诊断符合率为90.91%(20/22),妊娠囊嵌于子宫瘢痕处14例(63.64%),妊娠囊完全处于宫腔内或宫腔中下段1例(4.55%),团块型5例(22.72%)。结论:经阴道超声检测滋养细胞血流信号在CSP中诊断价值较高,可为早期诊断CSP提供有力依据,为临床制定治疗措施提供指导意见,值得应用及推广。
Objective:To explore the value of transvaginal ultrasound detecting trophoblastic blood flow signals in the diagnosis of early pregnancy after cesarean scar.Method:A total of 22 cases of uterine scar pregnancy from February 2015 to February 2017 were selected.All patients were examined by transvaginal ultrasound,and compared with the pathological results after operation.The coincidence rate of transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis was calculated,and the characteristics of ultrasonography were analyzed.Result:Twenty cases were consistent with the pathological diagnosis after transvaginal ultrasound examination.Two cases were missed.The diagnostic coincidence rate was 90.91% (20/22),14 cases (63.64%) had gestational sac embedded in uterine scar,1 case (4.55%) had gestational sac completely in uterine cavity or lower and 5 cases (22.72%) had mass type.Conclusion:Transvaginal ultrasound detection of trophoblastic blood flow signals is of high diagnostic value in CSP,which can provide a strong basis for early diagnosis of CSP and provide guidance for clinical treatment,and is worthy of application and promotion.
