摘要
生物医药产业已成为世界各地竞相重点发展的高新技术产业。文章总结分析生物医药产业的发展趋势,并以南京生物医药谷为代表,梳理出其生物医药产业发展仍存在创新资源利用能效不高、产业层次不够高端、生产成本进一步加大、创新创业环境比较优势不突出等问题。为此,文章提出提升研发创新能力、壮大产业发展能级、优化产业生态环境、完善人才支撑体系、加强组织保障服务等方面优化园区医药产业发展环境的对策建议,为构建区域现代产业体系,促进经济社会高质量发展做好支撑。
The bio-medicine industry has become a high-tech industry which places around the world compete to develop and put emphasis on.This article summarizes and analyzes the development trend of the bio-medicine industry,and takes Nanjing Biotech and Pharmaceutical Valley as a representative to sort out its problems such as low efficiency in the use of innovative resources,insufficient industrial level,further increase in production costs,and that the advantages are not prominent of innovative and entrepreneurial environment.To this end,we put forward countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the development environment of the bio-medicine industry in the park in terms of improving R&D and innovation capabilities,strengthening the industrial development level,optimizing the industrial ecological environment,improving the talent support system,and strengthening organizational guarantee services,in order to build a regional modern industrial system and promote support high-quality economic and social development.
