摘要
田径运动是所有运动项目之基础,在诸多大型赛事中参赛项目也是最多的。在田径运动会比赛过程中我们发现,很多运动员比赛成绩与平时训练成绩相差较大。田径运动成绩与科学的训练水准、个人良好的身体素质、科技含量高的运动场地有着直接关系,但是如果没有良好、过硬的心理素质,那么效果一定是不尽人意的。根据运动医学理论与实践经验,结合高校田径运动员在一些重大田径比赛中出现的心理紧张的问题,提出如何科学、系统、有效地对学生进行心理调节,提高大学生田径比赛的成绩。
Track and field is the foundation of all sports,and it is also the most important one in many large-scale events.In the process of track and field games,it is often found that many athletes'performances are quite different from their training performances.The achievement of track and field sports is directly related to scientific training level,individual good physical quality and high-tech sports ground,but without good psychological quality,the athletes'performances must be unsatisfactory.Based on the theory of sports medicine and practical experience,this paper puts forward how to scientifically,systematically and effectively adjust college students'psychology and improve their performances in athletics by combining with the psychological tension problems of college athletes in some important track and field competitions.
