摘要
分析影响地方高校硕士学位研究生培养质量的主要因素,针对地方高校研究生培养存在的实际问题,建立基于导师团队,政产学研合作以及国(境)外高校联合培养为一体的多元协同培养模式,通过培养实践提高研究生培养质量,取得了预期的人才培养效果,可为同类高校研究生培养提供参考。
This paper expounds the main affecting factors on the quality of postgraduate training of master's degree in local colleges and universities.Considering the practical problems existing in the cultivation of postgraduates in local schools,it establishes a multi-dimensional cooperative training model for postgraduates,based on tutor team,government-industry-university-research cooperation,and the joint training of overseas universities.The quality of postgraduate training has been improved and the expected effect of talent training has been achieved,which can provide reference for postgraduate training in similar colleges.
