PREPARATION OF DEMULSIFIER FOR AGED OIL WITH HIGH WATER AND ITS APPLICATION IN OILFIELDS

摘要 以丙烯酸(AA)、烯丙基聚乙二醇(XPEG-700)、马来酸酐(MAH)、烯丙基磺酸钠(SAS)为原料,通过自由基水溶液共聚合成一种新型高含水污油破乳剂。研究了单体、引发剂用量对高含水污油破乳剂性能的影响,确定了高含水污油破乳剂的最佳合成配方。结果表明,m(AA)∶m(XPEG-700)∶m(MAH)∶m(SAS)=15.0∶7.0∶6.0∶6.0,引发剂用量占单体质量分数的0.8%时,合成的破乳剂脱水率达到90%以上。海上油田现场应用结果表明,高含水污油破乳剂的加注量为4000×10^-6时,静置4 h后污油含水率降至1.0%以下,并且脱出的水质也较清,满足现场使用要求。 A new demulsifier for aged oil with high water has been synthesized by free radical solution copolymerization with monomers of acrylic acid(AA),allyl polyethylene glycol(XPEG-700),maleic anhydride(MAH)and sodium allyl sulfonate(SAS).Study the effect of addition of monomers and initiator on the performance of demulsifier for aged oil with high water,and determine the best usage of raw materials for copolymerization,the result indicates that when m(AA)∶m(XPEG-700)∶m(MAH)∶m(SAS)=15.0∶7.0∶6.0∶6.0,initiator amount is 0.8%of monomer weight,the dewater rate can stay upon 90%.Application in oilfield shows a satisfying performance,the water content of aged oil is below 1.0%and the quality of the water is clear when the dosage of demulsifier for aged oil with high water is 4000×10^-6.
