摘要
学分制是改革传统人才培养模式和教育教学模式的重要教学管理制度,充分体现以人为本、因材施教的教育理念。学分制的实施很大程度上取决于高标准人才培养方案的制定、高质量专业课程的建设、高素质教师队伍的培养和相应教学管理体系的建立。
Credit system plays important role in reforms of both talent cultivation model and teaching model,which fully embodies the educational concept of"people-oriented,individualized teaching".To a greater extent,the implementation of credit system depends on the formulation of high-standard talent cultivation program,the construction of high-quality professional courses,the cultivation of high-quality teachers and the establishment of corresponding teaching management system.
