摘要
河北化工医药职业技术学院药学专业将人才培养定位为"面向基层药学服务岗位"。通过优化培养方案,精造课程资源,实施教学教法改革,打造精良教学团队,搭建"训、研、创、服"平台,创新药学专业人才培养模式,满足"健康中国"对基层药师的人才需求,提升专业综合实力。
In line with the commitments of Hebei Chemical and Pharmaceutical College to basic pharmaceutical services,the educational mode has been innovated and curriculum optimized to meet the demand of healthy China for grassroots pharmacists.In addition,teaching reforms have been implemented,teaching teams built,and a platform set up for training,research,creation and service.
