摘要
在电厂石灰石湿法脱硫过程中,为了取得良好的脱硫效果,石灰石浆液颗粒粒径需要保持一个合适的范围。电厂目前主要通过筛分法对颗粒粒径进行检测,但这种方法耗时较长无法实现实时检测的目的,针对这个问题设计出一种基于激光衍射法的实时检测系统。在该系统中,将检测样品从旋流器溢流口引出,经纯水稀释后流入透明细管,使用激光获取浆液衍射图像,采用改进Phillips-Twomey算法进行反演计算得出石灰石浆液的粒径分布。对激光检测部分进行了实验,实验检测结果与电厂筛分法检测结果基本一致,满足现场检测需求。结果表明该检测方法能够准确检测石灰石浆液的合格率,具有很好的可行性。
In the limestone wet desulfurization process of the power plant,in order to obtain a good desulfurization effect,the particle size of the limestone slurry needs to be maintained in a suitable range.At present,the power plant mainly detects the particle size by sieving method,but this method takes a long time and cannot realize real-time detection.A real-time detection system based on laser diffraction method is designed for this problem.In this system,the test sample is taken out from the cyclone overflow port,diluted with water,and then flowed into a transparent thin tube to obtain a slurry diffraction image using a laser.The particle size distribution of the limestone slurry was calculated by inversion calculation using the improved Phillips-Twomey algorithm.Experiments were carried out on the laser detection part,and the experimental test results were basically consistent with the test results of the power plant screening method,meeting the needs of on-site inspection.The results show that the detection method can accurately detect the pass rate of limestone slurry and has good feasibility.
