摘要
为探索交通拥堵收费的实施路径,验证将RFID技术应用于交通拥堵收费系统的可靠性,在RFID技术特征分析和基于RFID技术的交通拥堵收费技术方案基础上,提出系统性的验证测试方案,搭建测试环境,根据交通拥堵收费系统可能遇到的实际情况制定不同的测试场景,分别进行室内测试和室外实车测试。室内测试结果显示单个OBU交易时长<250 ms,OBU交易成功率为100%,均符合室内测试预期要求;室外实车测试结果显示OBU读取成功率为100%,激光检测、车辆抓拍、车牌匹配通过率为100%,车牌识别通过率为98.9%,均符合室外实车测试预期要求,各种联动功能正常。研究结果显示基于RFID技术的交通拥堵收费系统具有现实的可靠性。
To explore the implementation path of traffic congestion pricing and verify the reliability of the application of radio-frequency identification(RFID)technology in traffic congestion pricing systems,a systematic test scheme is proposed based on the analysis of the technical characteristics of RFID technology and the technical scheme of traffic congestion pricing using RFID technology.A test environment is built and different test scenarios are formulated depending on the actual situation that the traffic congestion pricing system may encounter.The indoor test and outdoor vehicle test are subsequently performed.The indoor test results demonstrate that the transaction time of a single On Board Unit(OBU)is less than 250 ms.The transaction success rate of OBU is 100%,which meets the expected requirements;the outdoor vehicle test results show that the reading success rate of OBU is 100%,the pass rate of laser detection,vehicle capture and license plate matching is 100%,and the pass rate of license plate recognition is 98.9%,which all meet the expected requirements,and all types of linkage functions are normal.The test results demonstrate that RFID technology can be applied in traffic congestion pricing systems.
