摘要
目的探讨维生素D联合喜炎平方案治疗支气管哮喘患儿的临床疗效。方法100例支气管哮喘患儿均于辽宁省健康产业集团抚矿总医院接受治疗,时间为2017年2月至2019年2月,随机分为常规药物治疗组(n=50,给予常规药物治疗)和维生素D联合喜炎平方案组(n=50,给予常规药物+维生素D联合喜炎平方案治疗)。比较两组患儿临床疗效;治疗前后肺功能指标、体液免疫功能指标、细胞免疫功能指标以及哮喘评分;临床症状消失时间;复发率。结果维生素D联合喜炎平方案组患儿总有效率、用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、最大呼气流量(PEF)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、CD4+、CD8+水平以及哮喘评分、临床症状消失时间比常规药物治疗组更好,P<0.05。维生素D联合喜炎平方案组患儿复发率低于常规药物治疗组,P<0.05。结论常规药物+维生素D联合喜炎平方案治疗支气管哮喘患儿的疗效确切,可获得理想的治疗效果,可有效改善患儿的肺功能、体液免疫功能、细胞免疫功能,控制哮喘发作,降低复发率。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of vitamin D combined with Xiyanping regimen in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 100 children with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected and randomly divided into a conventional drug treatment group(n=50,given conventional drug treatment)and a vitamin D combined with Xiyanping regimen group(n=50,given conventional drug+vitamin D combined with Xiyanping regimen).The clinical efficacy,lung function indexes,humoral immune function indexes,cellular immune function indexes,and asthma score before and after treatment,clinical symptoms disappeared time,recurrence rate of the two groups of children were compared.Results The total effective rate,forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),peak expiratory flow(PEF),immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin A(IgA),CD4+,CD8+levels,asthma score,and clinical symptoms disappeared of children in the vitamin D combined with Xiyanping regimen group were better than the conventional drug treatment group,P<0.05.The recurrence rate of children in the vitamin D combined with Xiyanping regimen group was lower than that of the conventional drug treatment group,P<0.05.Conclusion The conventional medicine+vitamin D combined with Xiyanping regimen is effective in treating children with bronchial asthma and can obtain ideal therapeutic effects.It can effectively improve the children's lung function,humoral immune function,cellular immune function,control asthma attacks,and reduce recurrence rate.
