摘要
肛瘘是肛肠外科的常见疾病,高位肛瘘作为肛肠外科难治疾病之一,其治疗以手术为主。近年来,肛瘘诊治的新技术、新方法层出不穷,但是临床诊疗肛瘘的效果与病人的预期仍存在较大差异。王业皇教授治疗高位肛瘘尤有丰富的临床经验与实效,文章将介绍王业皇教授关于高位肛瘘精确诊断的经验,并就有关新兴生物材料技术、保留括约肌术式、新辅助器械应用以及传统挂线方式改良的临床应用经验进行总结分析,为治疗该病的术式选择提供更好的参考与探索依据。
Anal fistula is a familiar disease in anorectal surgery.High anal fistula is one of the refractory diseases of anorectal surgery,and taking operation is primary in treatment.For the past few years,new techniques and methods for the diagnosis and treatment of anal fistula have emerged in an endless stream.Nonetheless,the effect of clinical diagnosis and treatment of anal fistula is still quite different from the patient’s expectation.Professor Wang Yehuang has a wealth and effectiveness of clinical experience in the treatment of high anal fistula.The article is an introduction to Professor Wang Yehuang’s experience in the accurate diagnosis of high anal fistulas.Furthermore,it will summarize and analyze the clinical application experience of emerging biomaterial technologies,sphincter-sparing surgical methods,new assistive device applications and the improvement of traditional threading methods.It will provide a better reference and exploration basis for the selection of surgical procedures in the treatment of this disease.
