摘要
目的:观察内口切闭联合瘘道潜行刨削术治疗肛瘘的临床疗效。方法:选取49例肛瘘患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组(24例)采用内口切闭联合瘘道潜行刨削术治疗,对照组(25例)采用传统切开/除术或切开挂线术治疗。结果:观察组与对照组在治愈率、复发率、总疗效上无显著性差异。但观察组患者术后疼痛程度、肛门形态及功能、愈合时间、创面分泌物情况等均优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:采用内口切闭联合瘘道潜行刨削术治疗肛瘘疗效确切,可减轻痛苦、保护肛门功能及缩短疗程。
Objective：To observe the curative effect of treating anal fistula with tunneling resection of anal fistula combined with closure of the internal opening.Methods：Forty-nine patients with anal fistula patient were selected and divided into control group and observation group,24 patients in observation group were treated with tunneling resection of anal fistula combined with closure of the internal opening,and 25 patients in control group were treated with fistulotomy and fistulectomy.Results：There was no significant difference in the cure rate,recurrence rate and total curative effect between the observation group and the treatment group.But the postoperative pain level,anus shape and function,healing time,and wound exudates of patients in observation group were better than that of control group（P〈0.05,P0.01）.Conclusion：The curative effect of treating anal fistula with tunneling resection of anal fistula combined with closure of the internal opening is obvious,and this therapy can reduce pain,protect the anus function and shorten the course of treatment.
