基于有序聚类的发动机温度划分研究

摘要 提出了基于Fisher有序聚类对汽车行驶时的发动机温度进行划分的研究方法,将发动机的出水温度作为聚类指标对发动机工况进行划分,经实例验证发现,通过Fisher有序聚类分析方法划分发动机出水温度的结果能够很好地反映发动机工况的变化,采取对应措施即可起到提升发动机性能,延长发动机寿命,降低发动机油耗的重要作用。 A research method based on Fisher’s ordered clustering is proposed to classify the vehicle engine working conditions based on the clustering index of engine water temperature.It is found by experiments that the proposed method can well detect the change in engine working conditions according to the engine water temperature.Considering temperature change and taking corresponding measures during engine operation are important for improving engine performance,extending engine life and reducing engine fuel consumption.
