岩石扫描电镜分割阈值确定方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 隧道工程岩土材料内部结构复杂,多种形式的缺陷引起岩土材料强度的变异性。利用扫描电镜技术能够对岩石材料内部结构定性分析,具体通过将分析结构二值化,在最优分割阈值条件下对图片进行处理。以岩石扫描电镜结果为依据,对比分析Ostu阈值分割法和最大熵阈值分割法等处理方法,根据图片分割结果对比两种方法的有效性。Ostu阈值分割法与最大熵阈值分割法的分割阈值分别为96、112,根据分割后图片得到Ostu阈值分割对孔隙和裂隙的识别能力较强,分割阈值比较合理。研究成果可以为岩土内部结构的分析提供有效思路。 The internal structure of geotechnical materials in tunnel engineering is complex,and various forms of defects cause variability in the strength of geotechnical materials.Scanning electron microscope technology can be used to qualitatively analyze the internal structure of rock materials,specifically by binarizing the analysis structure,and processing the pictures under the optimal segmentation threshold.Based on the results of rock scanning electron microscopy,the processing methods such as Ostu threshold segmentation and maximum entropy threshold segmentation were compared and analyzed,and the effectiveness of the two methods was compared based on the image segmentation results.Ostu threshold segmentation method and maximum entropy threshold segmentation method have segmentation thresholds of 96 and 112 respectively.According to the segmented pictures,Ostu threshold segmentation has a strong ability to identify pores and fissures,and the segmentation threshold is reasonable.The research results can provide effective ideas for the analysis of geotechnical interna l structure.
