摘要
目的:探讨在急性脑梗死中应用血管造影和CT脑灌注的价值。方法:选取2019年1月至2019年8月来院治疗急性脑梗死的患者29例,使用CT平扫、血管造影、CT脑灌注等方式进行检查,详细观察成像特点,和患者对侧健区实施对比。结果:CT脑灌注检查29例患者均出现血流量降低现象;血管造影检查后颅内动脉都存在狭窄或者闭塞现象;患者脑部病变区的脑血容量低于对侧健区,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);病变区的脑血流量较对侧健区要低,且病变区对比峰值时间、对比剂平均通过的时间较对侧健区高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用血管造影和CT脑灌注对急诊脑梗死患者进行诊断,能准确知晓病变区域的血管状况,值得应用。
Objective:To investigate the value of angiography and CT cerebral perfusion in acute cerebral infarction.Methods:29 patients who came to hospital from January 2019 to August 2019 to treat acute cerebral infarction were examined by CT plain scan,angiography and CT cerebral perfusion.Results:CT blood flow decreased in 29 patients with cerebral perfusion;stenosis or occlusion of intracranial arteries were observed after angiography;cerebral blood volume was lower in lesion area than in contralateral area(P<0.05);cerebral blood volume in lesion area was statistically significant,Blood flow was lower than that of contralateral area,and the contrast peak time and the average passage time of contrast agent were higher than that of contralateral area(P<0.05).Conclusion:The diagnosis of emergency cerebral infarction by angiography and CT cerebral perfusion can accurately know the vascular condition of the lesion area,which is worthy of application.
