摘要
结合新桥大桥边拱起吊吊耳的局部构造设计模型,建立了边拱起吊吊耳局部受力有限元分析模型,得到边拱起吊吊耳模型的位移和应力计算结果,并对边拱起吊吊耳模型位移和应力结果进行了解析。结果表明拱座的应力集中现象主要发生在拱座与拱肋连接处钢板的左侧、底部和右侧;钢板最大应力出现在拱座与拱肋连接处钢板右上角;拱肋最大应力出现在拱肋左侧面靠近底部处。
Combined with the local structure design model of the lifting lug of the side arch of Xinqiao bridge,the finite element analysis model of the local stress of the lifting lug of the side arch is established.The displacement and stress calculation results of the lifting lug model of the side arch are obtained,and the displacement and stress results of the lifting lug model of the side arch are analyzed.The results show that the stress concentration of arch seat mainly occurs at the left,bottom and right side of steel plate at the joint of arch seat and arch rib,the maximum stress of steel plate appears in the upper right corner of steel plate at the joint of arch seat and arch rib,the maximum stress of arch rib occurs at the left side of arch rib near the bottom.
