摘要
选择性培养基是在普通培养基中加入能抑制其它微生物生长的抑制剂而制成的对鼠疫菌生长影响不大的培养基,它是基层工作中最常用的培养基。为了提高鼠疫菌的检菌率,特别是从腐败材料中分离鼠疫菌,筛选一种适宜的选择性培养基,可加快鼠疫菌的分离与鉴定。本文通过检索和综合分析国内文献,从选择性培养基对鼠疫菌诊断的意义、现状、分离效果、应用等几个方面进行综述,以全面了解不同选择性培养基对被检材料中的微生物抑菌与鼠疫菌检菌效果,进而筛选出适宜的选择性培养基,以提高鼠疫菌检菌率。
Selective medium is a medium made by adding an inhibitor which can inhibit the growth of other microorganisms in an ordinary medium and has little effect on the growth of Yersinia pestis.It is also the most commonly used medium for grass-roots work.To improve the detection rate of Yersinia pestis,especially the isolation of Yersinia pestis from spoilage materials,the isolation and identification of Yersinia pestis can be accelerated by screening a suitable selective medium.This paper reviews the significance,status quo,separation effect and application of selective medium for the diagnosis of Yersinia pestis by searching and synthetically analyzing domestic literatures,so as to comprehensively understand the effects of different selective mediums on the bacteriostasis of microorganisms in the tested materials and the detection of Yersinia pestis,then select the appropriate selective medium to improve the detection rate of Yersinia pestis.
